To become a Realtor you need to go through many processes. The first thing you need to do is go to the department of regulation and licensing. After you complete the required education that is needed including the passing of the real estate licensing exam, you are needed to take a application to submit a license. You have to take it to the Department of Regulation and Licensing. That application needs to have proof letting them know that you have completed your education and proof that you have passed the real estate licensing exam. Every license need to be issued or renewed every two years. The approval of that application will need to review the criminal convictions or actions towards any other licenses. After going through all of that your completion to become a realtor and having the license to prove it will be over with.
